(Full Time / Four 10 Hour Shifts - M-F 6:30AM - 5:00PM)
$20k Sign on Bonus with Two Year Agreement
Regional Skills NOT REQUIRED
OT Rate is $100/Hour
On Call Rate to carry pager - M-F $100/Day Sat-Sun $200/Day
PTO - 7 Weeks per year - 280 Hours
$1,500 annually for CE
Malpractice Insurance Provided
Currently 9 CRNA FTE's working 30 Cases per day - 8 Operating Rooms
Caseload is Ortho, Neuro-Spine, Uro, GS, Vascular, Plastics, ENT
On Call one day a week 1 out of 4 weekends

JOB SUMMARY: Provides anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical procedures and diagnostic tests. Participates in the clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students. Key Responsibilities are performed under the direction of the anesthesiologists according to the policy and procedures of the Department of Anesthesiology.
SUPERVISION: Reports to Chief Anesthetist for operational issues and to Anesthesiologist for clinical.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION:
- Arkansas Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist license.
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
